Damn slow

I really can't understand,why most goverment website is damn slow!!!
Everytime try to log in a goverment website,always no run...
Wad the hell,waiting for 10-20 minutes in front of the computer,but the damn website dun even appear,wad would u think??
For god's sake,streamyx....I pay the money man!!
Can't you all just let the speed go a bit more faster?
Don't they all know that almost everybody is complaining about the super low speed?
We customer pay too man!!
And sometimes kee on DC!!!!Shit...Improve la...LOLX
